PVA FIBER
1.To replace asbestos to be the reinforcement material of cement.
2.With high tenacity high modulus PVA fibre as the reinforcement material, it improves the bending strength, chemical resistance and alkali resistance of the final products. Moreover, it does not harm for human health and environment. It is the ideal replacement of asbestos.
3.To produce high strength cement products by replacing asbestos.
4.In high class road construction, by using the fibre the tensile strength and tensile stress can be improved significantly.
5.To be anti-cracking material for concrete/mortar. By mixing with concrete/mortar not only the tensile strength of concrete is improved but the internal cracks of concrete are reduced and further development of micro-cracks is restrained.
6.The bundled uncut fibre can be used to replace rebar in application of water conservancy projects.
7.To be the reinforcement material of plastic products in applications of anti-explosive helmets.
8.To replace high force rayon to produce meridian tyres or tyre cord.
